For more than 5 years, I have been conducting training programs on research methodologies and fostering innovation, guiding participants to think creatively and approach problem-solving with structured methods. As a trusted panelist and jury member for final year projects and innovation contests, I have had the privilege of evaluating and mentoring numerous groundbreaking ideas, witnessing firsthand the potential of young minds to drive change.

I am also a writer, with notable works including *Mudahnya Inovasi*, a step-by-step guide to simplifying innovation processes, and *PhD Survival Guideline: From Dream to Reality*, a heartfelt book sharing practical tips and inspiration for navigating the challenging yet rewarding journey of a PhD.
