- Subscription Renewals: Unless otherwise stated, some Subscriptions may automatically renew. Payment will be taken on a recurring basis until you cancel.
- We reserve the right to update, amend, or withdraw any Course from our Website at any time. We will notify you by email if we cease to provide a Course for which you have a Subscription and offer you the option to transfer your Subscription to another Course.

25. Course Cancellations and Refunds
By registering and paying the course fee, you agree to the following terms:
- Online Courses (Distance Learning):
Due to the nature of the digital access/items, we're unable to provide any refund for any virtual products available on our platform. For subscription based access, you may cancel them anytime and your access to the subscribed plan will be revoked at the end of the cycle. Please send all refund/issue requests to support@digylearn.com.
- Classroom Course (Offline):
You have the right to cancel your booking at any time at the following terms:
-Any courses cancelled after registration – admin fee of 25% of the course price applies (which will not be refunded), remaining deposit will be refunded. You need to request the course cancellation 5 working days before the course starting date.
– You are not eligible for any refund if you made a request for course cancellation less than 5 working days before the course starting date.
26. Course User Changing (Account transferring)
If you wish to transfer your account to someone else, your request must be made within 14 days of your original purchase date.
27. Employment Opportunities
CMN Digylearn Sdn. Bhd. does not guarantee employment as a result of completing any of our Courses.
